Sonam Kapoor’s sari misspells Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga in Tamil, gets called out on Twitter
While Sonam Kapoor’s latest film, Ek Ladki Toh Dekha Toh Aisa Laga, has been received positive reviews from audience and critics, the Neerja actress was recently called out on Twitter for misspelling the name of the film in Tamil.
Sonam wore a sari with prints of ‘Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga’ in Tamil. A Twitter user brought to everyone’s notice that the sari misspells every word of it.
Whoa!! That saree Sonam is wearing has terrible Tamil translation of 'Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga' besides her name. "Ek Ladakki Ko Dekha Doh Ais(a) Lag(a)". But why Tamil?! pic.twitter.com/WUt4EvLe6K— Karthik (@beastoftraal) February 1, 2019

Fashion designer Masaba Gupta earlier shared an Instagram post with the sari. However, a user commented saying, “The fabric seems beautiful but why write or transcribe a Hindi line in Tamil script? And so many basic/ weird errors here.”
The Shelly Chopra directorial also starred Anil Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao, Juhi Chawla and Regina Cassandra in lead roles.
