Former Bollywood actor-turned-politician Shatrughan Sinha recently shared his views on the #MeToo movement, but said that he is not putting down the movement in any way. Sinha among many things said that the reason for a successful man’s fall is a woman, and there is no shame in saying that all these men have been brought down by the movement owing to the movement.

Shatrughan Sinha, who was recently at the launch of author Dhruv Somani’s A Touch Of Evil, said that he also calls himself fortunate today for not being called out in the movement, despite doing quite a few things in his days. The actor went on to reveal that that is why he takes his wife to every place as a shield so that even if there is nothing, he can show how happily married they are. He went on to add that his wife is definitely a goddess and his everything. However, the actor added that even if people do want to say something about him, they shouldn’t.

Interestingly, Shatrughan Sinha had earlier said that he would continue working with director Subhash Ghai, whatever the outcome of the allegations are against him. Ghai was accused of sexual harassment and Sinha said that if he is proven innocent, he will definitely work with him again and even he is guilty and serves his punishment, the actor would continue working with him. In an earlier interview, Shatrughan Sinha had also said that the #MeToo Movement, which hit Bollywood last November was actually blown out of proportion and nothing more.
