A lot of Indian film stars have been meeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi and while they have all shared their selfies, Kartik Aaryan’s ‘backfie’ seems to have got the Indian leaders attention. A few hours after Kartik posted a picture with the PM, and filmmakers Karan Johar, Imtiaz Ali and Dinesh Vijan, Modi has responded with the most witty response and the internet is loving it.
Kartik Aryan tweeted the picture with the caption, “Losers’ backfie with the Honorable PM!
#ImtiazAli @karanjohar #Dineshvijjan” and PM Modi responded with. “Not losers but Rockstars!
No selfie Jab We Met but there will always be another occasion.” Kartik, Karan, Imtiaz and Dinesh met Narendra Modi at the recent opening of National Museum of Indian Cinema in Mumbai, which saw a lot of Indian celebrities. It saw the likes of Aamir Khan, AR Rahman, Poonam Dhillon and even Kapil Sharma, who also received a special mention from the PM.
Earlier, Kapil had posted a picture with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and while complimenting his progressive ideas for the film industry, he also said he has a great sense of humour. Modi immediately responded saying that he was really happy that Kapil found him funny, and while he may have done it for others, Modi is no exception.
