Hollywood actor Johnny Depp and his wife Amber Heard split in 2017 amidst allegations of abuse by the latter and she has filed a case but Depp earlier said the allegations are false. However, the actor’s attorney has now said he has more evidence against the allegations, which will prove Amber lied about the abuse.

Johnny said they have filed an evidence list which will be used against a UK tabloid, which also called the Pirates Of The Caribbean actor a wife-beater. Interestingly, Johnny’s attorney said that they have got many video security tapes and also eyewitness statements. Earlier, Amber Heard said that Depp had thrown a cell phone at her, which damaged her face. She had also claimed in the same statement that the actor the 55-year-old actor threw a large champagne bottle and wine glass at her. However, various witness statements show that there was no such event which occured and there were no injuries spotted.

In August 2018, Johnny Depp had alleged that Amber had assaulted him twice and even punched him on one occasion. He had also said that during the time he was not drunk at all but Amber was drunk and that is when she assaulted him. The pair have been stuck in a legal battle ever since their split and it seems to be taking a turn for the worse and does not seem to end any time soon.
