As Game of Thrones makes its way to a record-setting 32 Emmy nominations for its eighth and final season, actor Priyanka Chopra posted a picture to congratulate her sister-in-law Sophie Turner, who has been nominated for Outstanding Supporting Actress in drama series.
Priyanka wrote: “Congratulations to all of the Emmy nominees this year, but especially to you Sophie. We love you and are so incredibly proud of you,” with a Jsisters hashtag.
Sophie’s husband and American singer Joe Jonas also posted a picture and said he is proud and excited for his wife’s Emmy nomination.
Although the last season received mixed response from fans, the GOT nominations helped leading HBO back to dominance over Netflix.
Meanwhile, Sophie tied the knot with Joe in France earlier this month, their second wedding after a surprise wedding they had in Las Vegas.
The 71st Emmy Awards will air Sept. 22 on Fox, with the host yet to be announced.
