Barely days after delivering a baby girl, actress Sameera Reddy took to Instagram to share her post-partum journey.
"It’s really damn hard on the body when it’s a C section because the stitches hurt like mad. Nothing can ready you for the sleepless nights of endless feeding and your body just feels so out of whack it can really get you down," wrote 34-year-old actress who has embraced the motherhood for the second time.
"I am thrilled to have my daughter in my arms but I can’t help feeling hormonally challenged because of all the changes. It all bounces back and that’s the silver lining!" she added.
Her post is a part of her ongoing campaign, #imperfectlyperfect where she promotes body positivity.
Reddy and her husband Akshai Varde welcomed their baby daughter on July 12. She gave birth to the baby at Beams Multispeciality Hospital in Mumbai.
On the work front, she was last seen in Kannada movie Varadhanayaka (2013).
