Samantha Akkineni’s much-awaited Oh! Baby’s trailer released today.
The two-minute trailer beings with veteran actor Lakshmi entering a photo studio and walking out as a younger version of herself, played by Samantha. Going by the trailer, the film seems to be filled with many fun antics. The trailer has currently more than five lakh views.
The film is based on a 70-year-old single mother played by veteran actress Lakshmi, who magically gets into a younger woman played by Samantha - an official remake of South Korean film Miss Granny (2014), which was directed by Hwang Dong-hyuk. The film is being released in Telugu and a dubbed version in Tamil. The teaser was released earlier on May 27, and reached 3.6 million views on YouTube in no time.
Directed by BV Nandini Reddy, Oh! Baby also stars Naga Shaurya, Rajendra Prasad, Rao Ramesh, Urvashi, Pragati and Teja. It is all set to release on July 5.
Samantha was last seen in Majili alongside her husband Naga Chaitanya.
