When Akshay Kumar set himself on fire for the promotion of an upcoming web series on Amazon Prime, little did he know that his wife would troll him for it.
Tweeple were in for a surprise when the actor's wife, Twinkle Khanna retweeted Akshay's post and commented, "Crap! This is how I find out that you decided to set yourself on fire ! Come home and I am going to kill you-in case you do survive this! #GodHelpMe
However, Twinkle did not follow up with a tweet about what happened after the actor reached home.
Akshay had earlier revealed at the event that such stunts were easy for him to perform. "Action is within me, I call myself a stuntman first and then an actor," he had shared.
The show that he is promoting is tentatively titled, The End, and will be an edge-of-the-seat, action-packed thriller. This will be Akshay's debut in the digital world.
