Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan is quite active on Twitter, but the Brahmastra actor recently revealed that it was a mistake to share a recent swimwear picture of himself on the social media website. A little over a month ago, Amitabh had shared a picture of himself in swimming trunks and glasses, with a fan, who clicked a picture with him, however, he revealed that as soon as the picture went viral, he did face flak for it.
Amitabh shared two pictures of the same photo, while one was captioned “the beachcomber in Mauritius, my first trip”, the second picture, in which he can be seen waist up was captioned, “top half”. The apology came at a recent event for the promotions of Badla, and when Amitabh was asked about the picture said it was his first trip to Mauritius and he went to swim at a beach when the person took a picture with him. In the caption, the Thugs Of Hindostan actor revealed that although it was an unforgettable moment for him, however, he was stung by a fish, who he jokes must have not approved his outfit.
Talking about the reactions to the picture, Amitabh said the person in a picture recently shared the photo with him to re-introduce himself, so he uploaded the photo only with himself as he did not want the other person to get the limelight. However, as soon as he posted the picture, he realised it was a big mistake on his part. On the film front, Amitabh is currently busy with the promotions of Badla, which releases today and also stars Taapsee Pannu, reuniting them after Pink. The superstar will also be seen in Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra, which will see Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor in the lead roles.
