The trailer of Christopher Nolan’s upcoming movie Tenet is finally out and there’s a lot to take in, Without revealing much, all we can say is that the movie is hinged on one of Nolan’s most favourite themes - time distortion. Featuring the extremely talented John David Washington (son of the charismatic Denzel Washington and star of Spike Lee’s 2018 biographical crime film BlacKkKlansman), the movie also features Robert Pattinson, Elizabeth Debicki, Dimple Kapadia, Michael Caine, Kenneth Branagh, among others.

Expect innumerable throwbacks to Nolan’s previous movies, especially Memento and Inception, two of his most successful and critically acclaimed movies of all time. Obviously, the big name missing in this movie’s crew is music wizard Hans Zimmer, who is busy scoring for the upcoming Dune movie, directed by Denis Villeneuve (of Blade Runner 2049) fame. The music for Tenet is by none other than Ludwig Göransson, who gave us the ground-breaking Black Panther soundtrack. Hoyte van Hoytema returns as cinematographer for Nolan, after his brilliant job in Dunkirk.
