Nabarun Sen, a Singapore-based IT professional is debuting as a filmmaker with Dwikhondito -- a story of a man suffering from Dissociative Identity Disorder. Actor Saswata Chatterjee plays Kaushik, an author, who writes an intense drama revolving round a character called Bipin. Bipin loses his wife, daughter and mother in a land-dispute in his village.
Soon after writing this critical story Kaushik starts hallucinating about the characters of the story and feels for them actually. Things go to such an extent that it Kaushik’s wife Sumana -- played by Anjana Basu – finds it difficult to handle things back home. Saayoni Ghosh plays psychiatrist.
The music and trailer of the film got released today in presence of the cast and crew. The music has been composed by Arup Bhattacharya, Chirantan Banerjee and Priyanko Das. The songs have been sung by Anwesha Duttagupta, Chirantan Banerjee, Bonnie Chakraborty, Debjani Sen.
Dwikhondito is a psychological thriller and will be released on March 29.
