Avengers: Endgame to be re-released with new footage and 'extra surprises' for fans

Here’s some good news for all Marvel fans! Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige confirmed the re-release of Avengers: Endgame. In an interview with a leading media organisation, he reportedly said that a deleted scene and a tribute in the one being released. The date of release is June 28.

However, it is not yet clear how much of the new footage will be added in the upcoming re-released film, considering the original superhero movie is three-hour-long.

“Not an extended cut, but there will be a version going into theatres with a bit of a marketing push with a few new things at the end of the movie. If you stay and watch the movie, after the credits, there’ll be a deleted scene, a little tribute, and a few surprises,” he said.

With the re-release, Avengers: Endgame is set to take over Avatar’s overall collection, which was USD 2.788 million. As of now, Avengers has made USD 2.743 billion worldwide.

Avengers: Endgame released on 26 April and also marked the final film of the Marvel Cinematic Universe's current generation, which comprises of 22 films.
