WATCH: Marvel heroes promise to do 'whatever it takes' in latest trailer of Avengers: Endgame
The Russo Brothers’ released a new trailer for the highly-anticipated Avengers: Endgame on Thursday.
This is the second trailer of the film, where the heroes promise to do 'whatever it takes' to defeat villain Thanos. However, Thanos doesn’t make an appearance in the trailer.
The two-and-a-half-minute trailer is a recap of the earliest days of the franchise, driving home just how far the heroes have come. It opens with Tony Stark sending a message to Pepper Potts, reminiscing about his early days as Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr).
The heroes of the Marvel universe are also seen wearing sleek white Avengers uniforms in a scene.
“The world has changed, and none of us can go back. All we can do is our best, and sometimes, the best that we can do, is to start over,” says the Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell) - a line from Captain America: The Winter Soldier.
The trailer ends with a surprise: a scene with Brie Larson’s Captain Marvel and Thor (Chris Hemsworth). The latter, fresh off her blockbuster debut last week, will help the rest of the Avengers. The film hits the theatres on April 26.
