Savior Faire, a luxury lifestyle exhibition curated by Gauri Bajoria unveiled its Spring Summer’19 collection at Taj Bengal recently. With the theme Unearthing X: 10 years of celebration, the exhibition not just showcased big designers but local designers were also there with the intention to make the city more stylish. The collection included bridal trousseau, jewellery, home décor, handicrafts, and more under one roof.
Rohit Gandhi and Rahul Khanna’s Spring Summer collection had an oomph factor. The collage of felt on the silhouettes juxtaposed with beads, pearls and more gave the collection a boho chic effect. The tops, maxi dress, kurta and more in muted shades of yellow, green and blue are sure to attract fashionistas.
Rohit Bal’s ethnic wear in ivory reeks of opulence and class. The collection in chanderi, khadi cotton and more with zari work and floral embroidery are a class apart. The long festive gowns were a little dramatic meant for the ones with an ebullient soul.
