Join the joy ride this season with their Summer Menu that includes some cool beverages, salads and cold soups. Designed by Chef Shaun Kenworthy, to keep you hydrated, their drinks menu include Rose Coconut Cooler, a blend of rose syrup, chilled tender coconut water garnished with coconut and Tea Sangria, a refreshing brew of Makaibari tea combined with seasonal fruits.
If you are a salad person, there is good news for you. The new menu lets you select interesting salads that includes The Classic Caesar Salad with Parmesan Croutons (a combination of crunchy lettuce, olives, cherry tomato and capers with creamy yoghurt dressing, parmesan shavings and chunky croutons), Traditional Greek Salad (diced cucumber, tomato, bell pepper, red onion and crunchy lettuce tossed with olive oil and lemon, topped with feta), Wild Rocket and Buffalo Mozzarella Salad (garden green rocket with cherry tomato, mozzarella, extra virgin olive oil and aged balsamic, Frozen Fruit Salad and more. Their Salad Stolichny with Yellow Coral with chicken salami is highly recommended. Also available is the Classic Mozzarella Salad in both vegetarians and non-vegetarian versions.
Evenings are the best time to visit this hot spot. Replace your aerated beverage with cold soups at this roof-top restaurant. The choices include Gazpacho Andaluz (made with tomato, cucumber, capsicum, red onion, red wine vinegar and extra virgin olive oil), Fire and Ice Soup (a delicious sweet and sour cold soup made with watermelon, carrot, red pepper and walnuts with extra virgin olive oil and little tobasco) and Curried Apple Soup (a concoction of raisins, sliced almonds, with a touch of apple cider vinegar and extra virgin olive oil). These soups are priced at only Rs.175 each including all taxes.
