Keeping up with Apple, Google has launched their most awaited Pixel 3 and Pixel 3XL, which reportedly has exclusive features only to the new phones. The description is one of Google’s most creative in recent times as Hardware chief Rick Osterloh said while the phones are bigger and better, they also have the world’s best camera and will be the most useful phone for all its fans and users.

The phone which launches officially on October 18 starts at 799 US dollars for the 64GB while the 3XL is priced at 899 US dollars. The 128GB models are at 100 US dollars extra for each of the phones which have Snapdragon 845 and a RAM limited to only 4GB. Interestingly, the phone also has a new Titan M security chip which Google has stated will help on-device protection for login credentials, disk encryption, app data, and the integrity of the operating system. The phone, which also has a 5.0 Bluetooth and front-facing stereo speakers will have six months of free Youtube Music. Both the phones have a 5 inch and 3 inch increase in the size of the screens compared to their predecessors the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2XL.

The tech giant has retained its 12.2 MP rear camera and while refraining from catching up with the dual camera trend has two front facing cameras which help get a wider angle and more people into the frame, or more of the surroundings. The camera with the help of AI technology will select the best picture from the burst of photos and remove all the blur photos. The Photobooth also immediately clicks a picture when it detects a smile. The newest feature is also a Night Shot mode which promises better low light pictures, making the new phone quite a rage.
