According to reports, Samsung Galaxy S11 series will be launched in February 2020. While there were reports about the month, the exact date of the launch is now out - February 18, which was reportedly suggested by Famed leakster Ice Universe. They claimed that the smartphone will be launched at an event in San Francisco. A few reports also suggest that the rumoured clamshell-like Galaxy Fold will also be launched alongside.

The South Korea-based brand has a history of launching its flagship Galaxy products ahead of Mobile World Congress. The Galaxy S10 series was also unveiled on February 20, before Mobile World Congress and then went on sale in early March.

The tech giant is reportedly set to launch its clamshell foldable phone (said to be the Galaxy Fold 2) on the same date.

Earlier, an American tech blogger claimed that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S11 smartphone will be available in three screen sizes - 6.4 or 6.2-inch (smallest), 6.4-inch (mid-sized) and 6.7-inch (largest). There were reports that there would be five variants in total that sport curved-edge displays.

The Samsung Galaxy S11-series is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 865 SoC and Exynos 990 SoC and are likely to boot Android 10 with One UI 2 custom skin on top.
