Imagine a green tea drink with a mixed fruit flavour and herbs like acerola,  or perhaps green tea with raw mango? While the food trend now is to infuse your water with lime and herbs, Gujarat-based company What If is taking it up a notch with this functional beverage brand. Under the parent brand Sipwise, these refreshing drinks will not only quench your thirst but will de-stress you as well.

Harish Mohan of What If had taken a keen interest in herbs and fruity flavours. Thanks to thriving Ayurvedic centres in the city, he decided to put them both together and bring out drinks with novel flavours. “I saw the concept of vitamin-infused drinks and herbal-infused drinks for two and three dollars abroad, and I thought it would be a really cool idea to do something like this in India. That idea stayed with me, and I started What If.”

Categorised into Herb Coolers and Green Tea Coolers, Harish imagined flavours with herbs like brahmi, ashwagandha and gotu kola which are now an essential component of their drinks. They also source herbs like chamomile from Germany. Some of What If’s signature drinks include the Blueberry Apple Lime and Rose Apple Lime variants of the Herb Coolers.  If you’re looking to unwind from the grind, here’s a drink you ought to try! What If will soon be adding Lavender Mint flavour in Green Tea Coolers and Passion Blast Apple and Cinnamon in Herb Coolers.
