Parisian-based brand, Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts, announced its debut in Hyderabad with a hotel in Gachibowli.

The hotel design is said to draw inspiration from the city’s rich heritage of craftsmanship and culture, blending minimalistic style with timeless chic elements.

Commenting at the opening Mr Neeraj Govil, Senior Vice President- South Asia Marriott International said, “The entry of this legendary brand will provide an even greater diversity of hotel choice for Hyderabad’s growing commercial and leisure markets. The city is a perfect match for a Le Méridien brand debut as we invite and entice the creative-minded traveller to savour the good life, and unlock the destination through the hotel’s mid-century modern design, refined cultural & culinary experiences, and easy access to the rich local culture of the city.”

The hotel has the Le Méridien Hub, which is embellished with rich artworks that are signature to the geography and culture of the city with Birdri (an intricate form of art & design work, inlaid with gold and silver) tiles that adorn the ceiling. It also offers the Latitude Bar - a space that indulges guests with signature Illy coffees.

The plush hotel boasts 241 artistically designed rooms with chic amenities and indulgent spaces bathed in natural light. A rejuvenating spa, a rooftop pool and a fully equipped 24-hour fitness centre complete the hotel checklist.

Le Méridien Hyderabad also offers three restaurants - Turquoise (the all-day dining with its semi-open interactive kitchen), Jasper Grill & Bar (the open-air rooftop restaurant, where guests can enjoy al fresco dining with an assorted mix of smoked and grilled delights) and Jade (handcrafted, curated cocktails).
