Game of Thrones’ Bran Stark received torrent of abuse after Hodor’s death; fans blamed him for character's death

Isaac said people started to abuse him about his appearance with one user saying he was a plastic surgeon and was really interested in doing some rhinoplasty for the actor.

There are normal fans and then there are passionate fans who can get very personal when there are certain twists and turns in the plot of a movie or television series. After Game of Thrones' Lena Headey reported she faced a lot of hate for her character, Isaac Hempstead-Wright, portraying Bran Stark in the series, has said that when Hodor died, he faced a lot of abuse as they blamed him for the character’s death in the sixth season. 

In an interview, Isaac said people really started to have a go at him after he became the three-eyed raven, and the death of the most loved character on Game of Thrones, till his untimely death. The actor said most people took it so seriously and made it look like the death of Hodor was actually his fault. Isaac said people started to abuse him about his appearance with one user saying he was a plastic surgeon and was really interested in doing some rhinoplasty for the actor. However, it did not stop there and Isaac said if people are ever self-loathing they can definitely dive into the cesspit that Instagram sends you through the messages from all the people on it. 

Isaac Hempstead-Wright will return in Season 8 of Game of Thrones as he becomes the Three-Eyed Raven, who plays an important part at the end of the series. His character Bran Stark is a part of the Stark family, which is rumoured to be one of the most important families this season. However, Jon Snow, their half-brother, played by Kit Harrington, will be in the leading role along with Daenerys Targaryen, played by Emilia Clarke in the series, as they fight together for the Iron Throne.
