Vijay Varma revisits 2016 with viral Instagram post featuring Amitabh Bachchan's golden toilet

Vijay Varma participated in the latest trending challenge on social media by posting some old pictures from 2016. In the post, the actor referred to 2016 as a turning point in his life. One particular picture gained much attention. It was of Amitabh Bachchan's golden toilet at the Bachchan residence, Jalsa in Juhu, Mumbai.

Vijay explained in his caption that the selfie was inside the washroom at the Bachchan house. The post also mentioned Vijay Varma’s experience with notable encounters of 2016. These included interactions with cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar, Fatima Sana Sheikh, Sanya Malhotra and late veteran actor Irrfan Khan.

He described the year in a lengthy caption: “#2016 was sort of a milestone year for me.. I got to work with Big B and Shoojit da on movie Pink with the lovely cast and crew. Met god @sachintendulkar . Took selfie with a golden toilet at Bachchan’s 😂🤓 Made gym buddies @sanyamalhotra_ and @fatimasanashaikh. Met my hero @irrfan. Worked on Yaara with @tigmanshudhulia sir with @mevidyutjammwal and @theamitsadh. Music video Naina Bawre with my friend @reemsen and overall goofed around with my new found mini fame 😎”

Some of the common memories included his film Pink, written by Shoojit Sircar. Other memories were his films Yaara, which he worked on alongside Tigmanshu Dhulia, Vidyut Jammwal and Amit Sadh. In the midst of all the buzz on the web, there is no concrete evidence or proof of Amitabh Bachchan's golden toilet containing any gold; it perhaps just sports a golden or metal finish.
