Announcing the sale of tickets, Marvel released a new trailer of Avengers: Endgame a few minutes ago.
In the video, the scattered heroes we left at the end of Infinity War find their way back together and formulate one last attempt to avenge what they lost. The special look also features Captain America and Iron Man meet have a conversation. Iron Man says, “You trust me,” and Cap answers, “I do.”
In Infinity War, Thanos wiped out half of all life in the universe with the snap of his fingers using the Infinity Gauntlet. In the Endgame, the original six Avengers team with their remaining allies - including Ant-Man (Paul Rudd) and the newly introduced Captain Marvel (Brie Larson) - in order to avenge those they could not save.
The 22nd film in the MCU, Avengers: Endgame marks the end of the Infinity Saga, what Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige termed the first arc of the superhero franchise.
Endgame is expected to bring the stories of many original Avengers to an end - whether that means they die or move on in some other way, which remains to be seen.
Endgame is set to release on April 26, this year.
