The fittest Bollywood star Shilpa Shetty Kundra is the first guest on the new season of Not Just Supper Stars. The actress made an appearance along with holistic lifestyle coach Luke Coutinho and spoke about her personal life that included her secrets on balancing work and family life.
In a chat with stand-up comedian Gunjan Utreja who is the host of the show Shilpa said, “There’s so much more to do in life, I am still learning, and this is just the beginning. There are multiple things on my bucket list which I would want to do, like a course in nutrition or being able to do a full split”. Shilpa who always motivates her fans and followers with her workout and #cheatday videos also spoke about her passion in pursuing various activities. “I think when you are doing something, do it with all your heart, be it celebrating a festival or eating food, or just living life. Do it to the fullest!”
Talking about how Shilpa strikes a balance between being a celebrity and a mother, Luke said, “She is a hands-on mom, she may have that help around, but she has control over her chores, and I think she is a fantastic example of having a great career but not at the expense of your child.” Luke who trains celebrities all across India, also works closely with cancer patients and helps in rehabilitating them. Speaking about her his commitment to the cause, Shilpa revealed, “Luke’s USP is the fact that he is able to rehabilitate cancer patients, and he does that with so much love and unconditionally.
