SodaBottleOpenerWala presents ‘Keri Nu Kraze’
The quintessential Bombay-Irani Café SodaBottleOpenerWala has incorporated a whole new level of quirkiness this summer with ‘Keri Nu Kraze’. This menu aims at elevating the Parsi cuisine with a blend of seasonal fruits and offers Keri Kanda Par Eedu - a mix of onions and ripe mango with spices, baked with egg on top and served with Pav; Keri Chicken - Parsi style chicken curry cooked with ripe mangoes; and Raw Mango and Papaya Salad - seasonal Keri and raw papaya in a tangy 'Kolah Vinegar' dressing. There are desserts too - Keri nu Samosa, Mango Cheesecake and Mawa Sundae.
