There’s no doubt that Hyderabad loves its Biryani! This picture by food delivery application Zomato just proves the point.
The app recently shared a picture on Twitter where a long queue of delivery executives waiting to pick up their orders at Bawarchi, one of the popular biryani outlets.
The restaurant receives 2,000 orders a day, just from Zomato, according to the annual report by the food delivery company. The report also said that in smaller towns like Madhurai too, chicken biryani is one of the most sold dishes.
Bawarchi in Hyderabad is known for its kinds of Biryani: chicken, mutton and vegetable.
According to the survey, Indore city beats Mumbai in midnight orders. While Zomato has more bicycle riders than motor-bikers for customers in Gaya and Bhagalpur in Bihar. Manipal, a popular for educational institutes has the highest frequency of deliveries in the country. Vijayawada, on the other hand, makes the maximum number of breakfast orders. Globally, Zomato is present in over 10,000 cities with over 1.4 million active restaurants on the platform.
