Gadgets of the week: Google Pixel 11 Pro, RR Signature Cooktop and Epos Impact 100

Google Pixel 11 Pro

Google’s Pixel 11 series of phones is here and I love the Pixel 11 Pro in a cool Canyon colour. The incredible phone has a 6.3” Super Actua OLED 120Hz display (3600 nits - brilliant in all conditions), 3 rear cams (50MP main, 48MP ultra wide and 48MP telephoto), a Tensor G6 chip (powers faster on-device Gemini AI & better power efficiency) and RAM up to 16GB. On usage, the 11 Pro battery lasts a day and a half easily; the photos and videos are sublime (up to 8K video) while the security is top-notch with the Titan M3 security chip. RR Signature Cooktop

The Algocyte Proxima is an AI-enabled blood analyzer designed for home use and patient health monitoring. Its portable and uses a finger-prick blood sample and a mobile app via BT to deliver blood count results on several markers. The analyser uses hybrid AI architecture that combines spectrometry and bright field imaging. Proxima gathers info on 13 markers including Haemoglobin, platelets, RBCs, WBCs etc in about 5 minutes.
