Old bangles lying unused in your dressing table don't have to be thrown away. With a little glue and creativity, you can turn them into colourful, budget-friendly décor pieces that add a festive, ethnic touch to your home. Here are some ways you can consider.

Festive diya and candle holders:

This is the most popular reuse, especially for Diwali. Stack 3-4 bangles of the same size on top of each other and glue them together to create a small stand. Place a small tea-light or diya inside. You can also take a plain glass bowl and stick broken colourful glass bangle pieces on the outside - when lit, it throws beautiful coloured light patterns around the room.

Multipurpose pen and brush stand:

A super practical hack. Stack 8-10 old bangles one on top of the other and glue them together. Cut a cardboard circle the same size as the bangle and stick it to one end as the base.
