Organic Quinoa salad


Ingredients/Units
Iceberg lettuce 1big leaf | Quinoa 6tbs |
Cucumber (diced) 4tbs | Tomato (diced)
4tbs | Spring onion (chopped) 1tbs
Dressing
Olive oil 1tbs | Lemon juice 2tbs
| Salt & pepper 2tbs


Method
Mix all the veggies and quinoa. Add lemon juice, olive oil and mix well. Put salt and pepper to taste, and serve on the iceberg lettuce leaf.
