Entertainment Journalists' Guild of India boycotts Kangana Ranaut over spat with journalist
The guild has demanded an apology from the actor, and has decided not to give her publicity across media platforms

The Entertainment Journalists' Guild of India has decided to boycott Kangana Ranaut across all media platforms, even as Ekta Kapoor issued an apology on Wednesday. The Guild in a letter to Ekta mentioned: "We, as a guild, have collectively decided to boycott Ms Ranaut and not give her any media coverage."

The journalists conveyed to the producer that they have decided to boycott the actor until she apologises for her behaviour at Sunday’s event.
The members have mentioned in the letter how the actor lashed out at the PTI journalist Justin Rao at the song launch event of the film Judgementall Hai Kya? The actor accused the journalist of running a "smear campaign" against her.
