High-end daily wear fine jewellery brand Irasva that specialises in gold and diamond pieces has come up with its latest collection Sky Bound. The essence of this wing collection lies in the beauty of soaring high and achieving lofty goals by braving all storms, setbacks and obstacles that life throws at us.
This Mumbai-based brand is a confluence of the two ideologies that a modern-day woman lives by -- self-love and self-expression. “When the purest form of emotions, ‘ira’ or love forms an eternal bond with ‘sva’, the essence of self, an inseparable harmony of self-love called Irasva is created. The brand’s purpose is to inspire women to create, feel beautiful and express themselves with confidence,” feels Leshna Shah, founder and chief creative director of Irasva. Shah's brand stresses on minimalism and incorporating global design aesthetics to make a statement.
The new range comprises rings, pendants, necklaces, bracelets and earrings in contemporary designs, perfect for daily wear and targeted at women who love to keep it cool and classy.
Having lived in New York, Leshna was exposed to international design aesthetics and sensibilities and always felt that there was a huge market for chic, ready-to-wear, well-crafted fine jewellery in India. So, her brand offers an array of impactfully designed rings, pendants, necklaces, bracelets and earrings to the market. “Everything can offer inspiration for those who seek it, be it the architecture, the colours of the day, the sparkling night sky, and even something as basic as sourcing raw materials," she tells us. Leshna sometimes tends to use unique setting techniques as an additional source of inspiration to create collections.
