Shruti Haasan reveals she is no longer in a committed relationship

Indian actress-singer Shruti Haasan has finally broken the silence about breakup with her longtime boyfriend Santanu Hazarika.

On Thursday, the Salaar actress took to her Instagram story to engage in a candid Q&A session about her personal life with her fans this morning. When asked, Shruti did not hesitate to address the rumour about her breakup and said, “I don’t like answering these questions but I am entirely single, I am willing to mingle, only working and enjoying my life. Bye, Enough.”

The actress removed all the photos with Santanu from her Instagram, which was indicative of a breakup. Recently, she also put up a cryptic post, captioning, “It’s been a crazy ride, learning so much about myself and about people. We should never be sorry for all the things we can be or need to be.”

Shruti also shared thoughts about her highly anticipated movie Dacoit, saying, “It’s so special, I don’t even know where to begin and I am so excited for this and for all of you to see it. Love the team, love everyone and I am just super, super, super, super stoked.”

On the work front, Shruti will be next seen in Coolie, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. She is also a part of Dacoit, directed by Shaneil Deo, which follows the story of two former lovers forced to reunite for a series of robberies.
