With Traditional lanterns and a festival menu — Chin Chin is celebrating the arrival of the Year of the Pig, the Chinese New Year, in style with a special Chinese New Year Food Festival from 1st February to 17th February 2019.

Pigs think logically and are able to fix whatever problem they're in. They aren't good communicators, but they're kind and able to provide for the family. Most of them are wealthy. Their only obvious fault is that they lose their temper easily.

Under the magical touch of Chef Shan, the delightful celebration comes alive. Opening the new menu for the festivities are some delicious starters like the Cilantro soup, Cantonese wonton soup, Honey water chestnut, Three treasure mushrooms, Devil fish, Pan Asian chicken, Roasted chicken celery dimsums, Crispy lamb hot bean and Golden squid.

The highlight of the menu is Shanghai Roast Chicken; this delicacy makes one imagine a golden-brown poultry fresh off the skillet, whose skin is crispy and crackly and whose meat is tender, moist and flavorful. The main course shows off classic dishes like the Stuffed eggplant chili bean, Exotic mushrooms, Black peppery lamb and the Steamed Pomfret— just as the vendors serve it on the streets of Beijing.

Chin Chin presents the tradition of Chinese cooking, reflecting the Chinese lifestyle itself. The grand design and profound richness of Chinese cuisine rests upon many centuries of dedicated application, splendid institutions, accidental discoveries and brilliant improvisations in the family kitchen.
