1. Sanjay Van

Sanjay Van is a 10-kilometre-long forested area in Delhi. It is famous among children and nature enthusiasts during the day, but stories of the locals tend to make the place scary after the sun sets. Stories are heard about old women in white dresses and kids with high-pitched laughter. There have been claims of people being pushed and slapped while no one is seen around. Stories are heard of little things going missing and fog settling down even during summer. Paranormal experts have also mentioned strange energies in the forests, but nothing can be classified as ghost sightings yet.

2. Dwarka Sector 9 Metro Station

As per the folklore, she is known to suddenly appear in front of the moving vehicle and disappears on being followed. In some cases, she has been known to move parallel to the moving car as well. In addition, a strange feeling or even a slap has also been reported by the locals while moving past this tree at night.

House W3 of Greater Kailash has some creepy aspects attached to a real murder case. In 1986, an elderly couple, Yadu Krishnan Kaul and Madhu Kaul, were killed in cold blood. The remains of the two were discovered inside the underground water tank of the house. The text states that the murders were committed by a trusted yoga guru, and the motive behind this killing was property and land. The house is said to have stories of eerie noises heard during the night.

4. Khooni Nadi

Khooni Nadi, aka Bloody River is one of the many haunted places in Delhi. According to the legend provided, locals believe that there exists some sort of supernatural entity near the river that attracts people to commit suicide or pulls them into the water. However, it is not known whether this river is haunted in any way. Some other versions state that people hear sobbing and feel someone watching them.

5. Chor Minar

The Chor Minar located at Hauz Khas has a bloody history behind it. There are many holes in the wall of this historical tower. This blood-stained history has led to some ghost stories revolving around it. It is believed that visitors may have auditory hallucinations.
