Priyanka Chopra wished Suits actress Meghan Markle a happy engagement on Instagram shortly after the  engagement was announced. The Quantico actress posted a picture of the newly-engaged couple with the caption that reads, "Congratulations to my girl @meghanmarkle and Prince Harry!! I’m so happy for you Meg! You deserve the best always..keep smiling that infectious smile. Xoxo" 

The two actresses have been friends ever since they met at an ELLE Women in Television conference dinner in Toronto about two years ago. Since then, the two have been spotted in social media posts around LA, and it is said that Priyanka may be in line for the spot as the bride-to-be's maid of honour.
