Amitabh Bachchan was honoured with the Indian Film Personality Of The Year award at the recently concluded International Film Festival of India in Goa. Broadcasting Minister Smriti Irani and Akshay Kumar presented the award to Amitabh Bachchan.
In Big B's words, Akshay Kumar "embarrassed" him and no it was not with a statement of his but his attempt to touch Amitabh Bachchan's feet. Akshay, right before presenting the award, reached for the actor's feet, who then pulled him up and greeted Akshay with an embrace.
The megastar later took it to Twitter his disappointment this way:
"Embarrassed that Akshay does this ... no Akshay this is not done," tweeted Big B.
