Bollywood actor Irrfan Khan, in a recent interview given to a news agency, said that his disease could take his life in a few months.

According to excerpts from the interview, the actor who has been diagnosed with the neuroendocrine tumor, was quoted as saying that he needs to undergo six cycles of chemotherapy as treatment.

While talking about his condition, the Karwaan actor said that the tumor can take his life in a few months, a year or two. "Being treated for this disease has made me realise that life has so much to offer. I was going around with "blinders" so far, and was clearly not able to see what it was offering me.

"Suffering from such a condition makes you realise that all the thinking, planning and noise need to stop. Life is too short to be not thankful about what all it has given you," he added.
