Here's why Jon Snow's direwolf Ghost disappeared after Game Of Thrones Season 6

The writer talking about the sudden disappearance said that Ghost was supposed to be in season 7 of the series but was cut at the last minute.

Bryan Cogman, writer of popular television series Game of Thrones, on Tuesday revealed what fans have been talking about for a long time. Jon Snow's direwolf Ghost was missing throughout season 7 and he was last seen in season 6 of the series, after he witnessed Jon Snow rise from the dead, 

The writer talking about the sudden disappearance said that Ghost was supposed to be in season 7 of the series but was cut at the last minute. He went on to add that the most obvious explanation for the disappearance is that the direwolf was because it was expensive for the producers.

Game of Thrones season 8 will air on television in 2019 and will be the final season of the show that stars actors like Emilia Clarke and Kit Harington.
