Experience the different flavours of Maharashtra at The Hilton Chennai, as visiting Chef Nagarjun Kamble from Conrad Pune has curated a special menu for diners in the city. The food festival features signature home-style dishes like the Kolhapuri Mutton Cha Tamabda Rassa, Konkani style King Fish Curry, Bharleli Wangi and even the crowd-favourite Batata Wada followed by desserts like Basundi to end the meal.
