The Coimbatore Adventure Club is conducting a monsoon trek to Shimoga and Jog Falls. A two-day event, the trek will route through Kodachadri Hills and Sharavathi backwaters before heading towards Jog Falls. Registrations of the medium-level trek that will take place on July 14 and 15 are now open. Rs 2,900 onwards. Details: 94888-00444
