Saradindu Bandyopadhyay’s novel, Tungabhadrar Teere, a saga of love, conspiracy, power and sacrifice, will be staged for the first time by theatre group Kristi. Directed by Dr Sitangshu Khatua, the drama is about the never-ending feud between the powerful and the oppressed, the good and the evil.
