Theatre group Natakkiya will be staging their play Meetha Paan next week at Gyan Mancha. Written by Vindhya R. Gupta and directed by Abhrajit Bhattacharyya, the story of the play deals with the evils of patriarchy and involves prostitutes, who will narrate stories which will make you question the ground you, yourself are standing on. The opening act will be performed by a dance group Sahanartana, a dance group which specialises in both folk and classical forms.
