Toast & Tonic has launched a summer menu that offers refreshing salads that are made from locally sourced seasonal fruits, veggies and millets and artisanal cheeses. The menu that promises to keep you cool includes Peach and Plum Salad with a tangy, sharp apricot kasundi dressing, Mango Barley and Wheat Berry Salad with a refreshing yoghurt dressing and Mixed Summer Lettuce Salad with a basil balsamic dressing.
