Diet Sabya calls out Manish Malhotra’s use of stock photos to market beauty products

Anonymous Instagram handle Diet Sabya is having it out for designer Manish Malhotra once again. This time it is his beauty collaboration with Myglamm that is under the scanner. As part of a ‘Diet investigation,’ the watchdog handle held a vote on its daily stories yesterday, as to whether a nail polish (emerald green) from Manish Malhotra’s Myglamm range would result in the corresponding manicured image. And 2,100 votes later, looks like the two don’t match.

Elucidating the results of the investigation in a post later on, the handle put up a detailed post stating that the ‘representational’ image used was, in fact, a shutter stock image and not one from a shoot.
