From the walls to tables, chairs and even lampshades - every inch of this creative café in Mumbai is made of cardboard. It's only fitting, therefore, that it's been christened, simply: Cardboard. As you can imagine, the space has customers going gaga with curiosity, with plenty folks eager to touch and feel (and of course get that Instagram photo) of the many elements that make up this one-of-kind eatery in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC).

The interiors designed by architect Nuru Karim of NUDES took an extensive seven months to take shape. And before you ask, the surfaces are wax laminated and immune to weather and environmental damages.

Open all day, the place is helmed by chef Yung Dhanani and serves European cuisine with South Indian influences — so expect an eclectic menu that covers everything from pancakes to upma!

At Adani Inspire, G Block, BKC. Open through the week. Time: 9 am to 11 pm.
