Some of the signatures on the menu, which have proven to be favourites in cities like Chennai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad so far, include the Thai Rice Combo, Chicken Lollipops and Dragon Chicken.
"We chose Puducherry because we feel it is a very vibrant market with a lot of students and local population. The French influence also makes the people very open to variety of cuisines and we hope they enjoy our mouth-watering Indo Chinese food, says CEO Vaibhav Kumaravel.
He adds, "We plan to have two or three more outlets in Pondy, and are opening stores in Coimbatore and Hyderabad soon."
