Guest chefs Vo Thi Kim Dao and Dominh Sang from Vietnam will lead the team to prepare some delicious dishes including Cham Island Seafood & Mushroom Soup, Grilled Beef Salad with Local Herbs, Stir-fried Tiger Shrimp with Tamarind, Hoi An Style Vegetables with Pumpkin and Sweet Potato and desserts like Passion Fruit Minestrone.
