Ingredients:
Pineapple juice -60ml
Orange Juice – 30ml
Egg White – 30ml
Fresh Cream – 30ml
Method:
Add all the ingredients in a shaker and then add ice. Shake well. Strain the concoction in a glass. Garnish it with orange zest, lemon zest and cucumber and serve cold.
