In a recent conversation with a leading media organisation, Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner said she didn’t get to wash a hair post season 5 on the show.
She said, “For the first few seasons, I was allowed to wash my hair because I was an aristocratic young girl. Towards season five, they started asking me to not wash my hair and it was really disgusting.”
She further added, “In the final season, I wear a wig, so I can wash my hair whenever I want, which is nice. But yes, for a couple of years I was living with pretty greasy hair. [It was] really itchy! Also, we would have the snow machines going so we would have little snow paper particles that would get stuck in the grease. It was disgusting.”
Lately, Sophie was in the news for her adorable pictures with singer Joe Jonas.
In a recent teaser dropped by the makers of Game of Thrones, we saw Sansa Stark welcome Queen Daneyeres Targaryen (played by Emilia Clarke) and Jon Snow (played by Kit Harrington) into Winterfell. The final season will be out in April this year.
