A few bright colours and dramatic floral prints might help you stand out this winter! Also, when that is fused with handwoven embroidery, you might have a stunning outfit on your hands. Keeping that in mind, Mumbai-based designer Krupa Kapadia has launched her fall/winter collection, which is now available at Angasutra. For this collection, the designer has opted for ensembles in pink, yellow, burnt orange, red and blue and has aptly named it Blossom. “I have created both ethnic and Indo-Western ensembles for this season,” shares Krupa.

She adds that one can shop for relaxed anti-fit cuts, crop tops paired with capes and palazzos, lehengas and even anarkalis. “Every piece in this collection is multi-functional, for instance, our gold embroidered blouses can be paired with a skirt or a sari,” says the founder of the two year-old-label.

“Throw a cape over your palazzo and top or mix and match the cape with a lehenga this winter,” she says designer, who worked with Mumbai-based designer Arpita Mehta before starting her own label last year The fabrics she has worked with for this collection include printed georgettes, nets and raw silks which add a great fall to the silhouette. Some of the looks that stand out are her ethnic ensembles  such as the burnt orange chanderi anarkali and her red floral printed anarkalis with hand embroidered yoke and dupatta.
