Tamil superstar Kamal Haasan is all set to make a huge announcement on his 63rd birthday, November 7.
While reports say Kamal Haasan's big announcement on November 7 will be the launch of his new political party, Kamal's manager has denied this partially.
Earlier, in an interview with CNN-News18, Haasan had said that he will foray into politics in January 2018, but Wednesday's meeting suggested that the superstar may hasten his political debut.
The actor has been having meetings with with political leaders from various parties in the past few months. He had met Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal recently. Hasaan had travelled to Kerala to meet Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and had invited Delhi CM and Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal to Chennai. There were reports that Kamal Haasan will join hands with superstar Rajinikanth to form a new political party but nothing has been confirmed.
Haasan met his fans on Wednesday in Chennai to chalk out a strategy and give it a final shape before his birthday. Haasan's manager said that there will be an important announcement but it has nothing the launch of a new political party.
